COTTON9 ships out all orders within 3-5 days (sometimes less – depending on purchases) after cleared payment.

Items are shipped to the address on your COTTON9 Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to different address, please contact us via our live chat or e-mail at support@cotton9.com .

We use Bulgarian posts for Regular deliveries. The deliveries arrive to countries like America, Canada and Australia within 14 working days. All European deliveries take approximately 7 work days.

We send all products the very next day, but once it leaves our shop we have no control over the amount of time it takes, and we appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We offer Express Service by UPS  $ 25 –  depending on the destination

It takes 3-5 working days to arrive at your door step!

NOTE that there might be delays due to custom procedure and holidays.
It is out of my control 

NOTE – There is combined shipping discount for second piece up to 50%.

For 4 or more items we use UPS ( Express Mail Service)

LOST PACKAGES 

We make refunds for lost packages or you may pick something else from my shop (the fault isn’t ours if that happens) but we want to make our customers happy and satisfied!

There are circumstances COTTON9 cannot control.

However, if there is any problem I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation at your best interest.:)

Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duty fees, once they eventually occur.

RETURN POLICY

I.  RETURN TERMS AND CONDITION

WE ACCEPT RETURNS. Please, note that ACCEPTABLE RETURNS PERIOD for all our selling platforms is within 30 calendar days from delivery

We gladly accept return and exchange always when we have made a mistake in all other cases we do not accept returns and exchanges. But if you have any problems with your order please contact us we will be glad to help :)

1. Articles must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all security tags attached

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Digital downloads

Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We have size charts and measure instruction in every item detail. Because of that we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have ordered smaller or bigger size than you need. Please note that the sizes listed in the size charts may move up to +1 or -1 inches. If you have problem with your sizes please contact us. We will try to help. Thank you!

Custom and personalized orders

ORDER WITH DATES

Please note that if you had not written the date you want in the note section after you add to cart we will ship your shirts with the date from the listing photo or without date if the date on the photo is old. If you have forgotten you can contact us up to 24h after you have purchased. Thank you!

ORDERS WITH CUSTOMIZATIONS (NAMES and Etc..)

Please note that if you had not written the name or custozmiations you want in the note section after you add to cart we will ship your shirts customziations from item photo or without any customizations if the listing is with word "custom" on the shirts Thank you!

Unforeseen or Unpredictable event

We really apologize but we are not responsible for shipping delay because of unforeseen or unpredictable event of extraordinary nature that is out of our control like Storms, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Floods, Repairs, Customs and more. Thank you for your understanding!

If you forgot to write us the sizes of group shirts?

Some of our listing you need to write the sizes at the note section after add to cart your items. If you have placed your order without leave a comment for sizes we will send you an e-mails and messages and if we have no answer from you we are not responsible to refund you. Really sorry but we do not accept cancellation of the order in such situation.

Custom orders are not refundable, due to their specific and unique sizing,  unless exceptional conditions (wrong size, wrong color or proven defect). 

Please consider sizes 4XL and above are considered custom made and are nor subject to return unless faulty or defective.

Custom orders/products are considered all orders with provided additional notes or measurements from customer, or any change of product details (length, material, etc.), which modifies the final product.

3. Returns are possible with our DHL Seller Account – easiest and safest way to return from Europe for approximately $25 (2 days)  and USA and rest of the world for approximately $35 (up to 4 days)**

Please contact support@cotton9.com to organize a pick up or enquirer additional information. Cotton 9 is not responsible for held, lost or damaged parcels, returned with other shipping services. Cotton 9 is not responsible for any additional duty fees and custom charges.

4. Exchanges are not accepted, simply place a new order with the chosen item(s).

5. The RETURN FORM is available for download here -  as it’s MANDATORY and should be filled accordingly and placed along with returned goods.

II.                RETURN METHODS

SCHEDULED PACKAGE PICKUP is a special customer service, whereby we organize a timely and safe pickup of your return parcel via our partners from DHL from your door or elsewhere. To book this, likewise please contact us at support@cotton9.com, providing your delivery information and mobile contact, strictly confidentially, so you can stay updated on all shipment details and receive the most prompt process with refund to follow! DHL pick up is paid up front. 

Special pick up for Europe approximately - 25$**(2 days)

Special pick up rest of the world approximately - 35$**(up to 4 days)

Prices may vary for larger returns/number of items

Within 12 hours after booking this logistics we'll email you ready-to-print shipping labels to give the visiting courier

If you decide to post with Registered Mail or International Courier per your choice and expense, make sure to request a full coverage tracking number, because in this case our team is not responsible and cannot guarantee delivery.

Keep in mind declared excess value increases the chance of delay at Customs and Duty fees. Cotton9 is not responsible for additional custom fees.

Cotton9 is not responsible for held, lost or damaged parcels, returned with other shipping services.

IV.               PAYMENT REFUND TIMING 

Returns are processed immediately after they are received and checked. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account within 1 to 5 business days after the payment is issued back, depending on your payment method.All concerns regarding returns should be addressed to support@cotton9.com

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail regarding your enquiry within 48 hours, regardless please do contact us again. 

Shipping costs are not subject to return.

We acclaim the importance of clear delivery terms and stay on schedules throughout seasonal campaigns but please note, listed Shipping refers only to courier’s mailing term.

Production time requires 2-4 days in addition, considering most of our designs are exclusively made on demand after being ordered, distinguishing from in-stock fashion retail.

Besides, all customized articles which we are so proud to offer, assume further tailoring and personal touch ups all considered to affect actual delivery.
